These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wildfirearsenal.com (the "Site"), operated by Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™ ("FireFoil™," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What FireFoil™ is, and what this Site is

FireFoil™ is an aluminized wildfire structure shield: a protective material designed to help reduce the risk of wildfire damage by reflecting radiant heat and helping block embers and burning debris. It is a protective aid, not a guarantee. No product can make a structure fireproof, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including fire behavior, weather, and the completeness and correctness of installation.

Wildfire Arsenal is an authorized FireFoil™ distribution channel operated by Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™. This Site provides product information and a way to request information or a quote. We do not complete sales on this Site. Any order is made through a separate quote, purchase order, or written agreement, and that document's terms govern the sale.

2. Authorized distributors and external links

FireFoil™ is offered through distribution channels by type of buyer: FireShields (fireshields.com) for homeowners and commercial property owners, Wildfire Arsenal (wildfirearsenal.com) for insurers, carriers, and MGAs, and Firezat (firezat.com) for government and agency buyers. Purchases made through another channel are governed by the terms of sale, waiver and release, and privacy policy presented there. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for sites we do not control.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. If you use the Site for an organization or agency, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

4. Intellectual property

The FireFoil™ name, the Site, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. "FireFoil™" is a mark of Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these marks or content without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Informational content; no professional advice

Content on the Site, including research summaries, specifications, and general guidance, is provided for information only. It is not engineering, safety, insurance, or legal advice, and it is not a warranty of performance. Always follow the instructions of fire officials and emergency authorities, and never delay evacuation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™ and its distributors, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FireFoil™ and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
